Johnstown, PA (WJAC) — Authorities say a Philadelphia shooting suspect was arrested in Johnstown earlier this week. Keon Smith, and two others, were charged after a 5-year-old and his grandfather were shot in June. Police say the shooting took place right outside a busy gas station. Authorities say they located Smith at a home on McCabe Street in Prospect. He was taken to the Cambria County Prison before being transported back to Philadelphia, where he faces charges related to criminal homicide and criminal conspiracy.
