UTAH (WPEC) — Noelia Voigt, who was crowned Miss USA last year, announced she is stepping down from her role, citing the need to protect her mental health. In an Instagram post, Voigt made the announcement Monday, saying she would resign and put down the sash and tiara she won in November while representing Utah.
“Never compromise your physical and mental well-being. Our health is our wealth,” Voigt wrote in the post.
