CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — Authorities in Cambria County say new charges have been filed against a 19-year-old South Fork man after he was accused of raping a second teenager.
Last week, police charged William Douglas following an investigation into allegations that he sexually assaulted a female juvenile and forced her to perform sexual acts.
Now, police say Douglas is facing more charges after he was accused of raping a 17-year-old girl at his home in Wilmore Heights.

Toymaker Mattel said in a news release that six new Barbie dolls will honor individuals leading the fight against COVID-19.
Among those figures is one based on Dr. Audrey Sue Cruz of Las Vegas. Mattel credits her with joining other Asian-American doctors in the fight against racial bias and discrimination.
RIO DE JANIERO —Gabby Douglas was the center of criticism for Team USA as her posture during the playing of the national anthem drew heat from those on social media.
Douglas and her teammates had just received their gold medals in the women’s team all-around gymnastics competition when the national anthem began playing. Her teammates Simone Biles, Aly Raisman, Madison Kocian and Laurien Hernandez all put their right hand over their heart as the anthem played, while Douglas stood in attention.

LORETTO -- Damian Chong Qui and Deandre Thomas scored 16 points apiece as Mount St. Mary's beat St. Francis (Pa.) 72-65 in overtime. Chong Qui forced the extra session with a long 3-pointer with 5.3 seconds left. Josh Reaves added 13 points, and Malik Jefferson and Nana Opoku each had 10 for Mount St. Mary's. Jefferson posted 12 rebounds and Thomas had seven rebounds. Ronell Giles Jr. had 14 points for the Red Flash.
JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (WJAC) — Two EMS employees from Cambria County are on a leave of absence after not following proper protocols regarding personal protective equipment. The two people were part-time employees at East Hills Ambulance. The two employees were reprimanded and were placed on a leave of absence because of failing to wear a mask while on duty.
The incident took place a week ago when the two EMS employees took off their masks while on duty.
